We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant to join our finance team. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, assisting with month-end close, and supporting overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of accounting principles.The right Staff Accountant will be someone who is skilled at:Prepare and post journal entries to the general ledger.Reconcile bank accounts and other balance sheet accounts.Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.Maintain accurate and organized financial records.Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions as needed.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Prepare reports for management and assist with audits.
