es• Perform full-cycle accounts payable and receivable functio
ns• Track project budgets, job costs, and WIP (Work-in-Progres
s)• Prepare, review, and process vendor invoices and subcontractor paymen
ts• Support draw schedules and payment applicatio
ns• Reconcile bank and credit card accoun
ts• Maintain the general ledger and ensure accurate coding of project transactio
ns• Coordinate with an external CPA for tax filings and audit pr
ep• Support payroll processes in collaboration with leadership or a provid
er• Prepare monthly project reports and support financial decision-maki
ng• Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Desktop and/or Onli
ne• Provide administrative and accounting support across project tea

Qualificati
ons• 3 years of experience in construction, real estate, or project-based account
ing• Full-charge bookkeeping or general ledger accounting experie
nce• Proficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and/or QuickBooks Onl
ine• Strong understanding of project costing, budgeting, and WIP track
ing• Highly organized with strong time management ski
lls• Comfortable working onsite and collaborating closely with leaders
