Key Responsibilities:Lead internal and external communication strategies for MTS/IT initiatives.Develop and deliver clear messaging across newsletters, emails, intranet, and reports.Manage and enhance intranet platforms, integrating new tools and features.Create and maintain user-friendly content (FAQs, guides, release notes).Oversee communication channels and ensure content quality and consistency.Partner with stakeholders to align communication strategies with business needs.Track engagement metrics and provide insights to improve communication effectiveness.Support training and rollout communications for new technologies and system upgrades.Draft timely and transparent communications during IT incidents or outages.
