Robert Half is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to be the first hire for a new Project Management Office (PMO) within a leading national non-profit services organization.

This high-impact role drives the organization's shift from legacy systems to modern, digital platforms. You will lead critical application development and process improvement initiatives, supporting important national ministries.

Role Highlights

• Own the Transformation: Lead the replatforming of custom applications onto the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps) and other modern Microsoft tools.
• PMO Foundation: Work directly with the PMO Director to establish processes and best practices.
• Systems: Utilize Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, and SharePoint to manage the pipeline.
• Data & Process: Drive analytics, reporting, and process improvement across the business (including platforms like Origami Risk).

Requirements

• 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in application development or digital transformation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Jira and the Microsoft Technology Stack.
• Proven ability to manage complex change and mentor stakeholders.
