Allied Resources is currently hiring a Construction Project Manager for a highly-reputable, industry-leading energy client who will be responsible for supporting the development and management of scope, schedule and budget for a portfolio of multi-million dollar energy construction projects.
A Day in the Life
- Manage multiple capital construction projects at a given time working on development of schedules, scopes, and budgets up to $100M.
- Track project deliverables, change orders, contracts, and analyze invoicing to ensure accuracy.
- Identify business and system requirements for higher efficiency internally.
- Process internal databases including contractor payment authorizations, project change orders and requests, contracts, etc.
- Execute project close out activities.
The Wish List
- Bachelors Degree (required).
- 7 years of experience supporting heavy construction projects (required).
- Experience with project documentation including invoicing, contracts, etc.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
