Key Responsibilities- Strategize, define, and develop requirements for scheduled technical projects- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles in collaboration with external clients- Facilitate routine technical team meetings to assess progress and overcome challenges- Clarify project objectives, define individual roles, and assign responsibilities across teams- Oversee project timelines across diverse clients and report updates to key stakeholders- Implement and maintain standardized documentation and processes to support business operations
Required Experience, Skills & Education- 2-4 years of technical project management experience- Bachelor's degree strongly preferred- Project Management certification from an accredited institution preferred- AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect Associate or other Associate-level credentials (Developer or SysAdmin), or willingness to obtain within 45 days- Solid understanding of project management strategies, methodologies, and workflows- Skilled in task delegation and cross-functional team coordination- Familiarity with managing the ripple effects of technical delays- Strong time management and organizational capabilities, with experience developing best practices for others- High level of accountability in leadership and decision-making- Proven success in collaborative environments with a strong emphasis on teamwork- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities- Proactive approach to anticipating and addressing project challenges-
