About the Role:
Allied Resources is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support Transmission & Substation capital projects for a leading utility client. This role is ideal for a project management professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong background managing project lifecycles, budgets, and cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Transmission & Substation projects from planning through execution and closeout.
- Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocations.
- Coordinate engineering, construction, and stakeholder activities to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Manage project financials, cost forecasting, and budget performance.
- Facilitate project meetings, provide leadership updates, and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, contractors, and key stakeholders while driving project success.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of project management experience in utilities, engineering, construction, or a related industry.
- Experience supporting Transmission & Substation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Engineering, technical, or related degree (or equivalent industry experience).
- Excellent leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience using project management software and tools.
