About the Position:
Allied Resources Technical Consultants (ARTC) is seeking a results-driven Manager of Business Development to support continued growth across the Energy, Life Sciences, Public Infrastructure, IT and AI markets. This leadership role is responsible for developing new client partnerships, expanding existing accounts, and driving strategic revenue growth initiatives. The position offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside internal recruiting and operations teams while representing ARTC throughout key industry sectors.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development initiatives to identify and secure new client partnerships within the Energy, Life Sciences, and Public Infrastructure industries.
- Create and implement business growth plans aligned with company objectives and revenue goals.
- Establish, maintain, and strengthen relationships with key client stakeholders, executives, and decision-makers.
- Partner with Allied Resources Group (ARG) business units to identify and capitalize on cross-selling opportunities across multiple service offerings.
- Collaborate with recruiting and delivery teams to develop customized workforce solutions that address client staffing challenges.
- Evaluate market trends, competitor activities, and emerging industry opportunities to support business strategy and growth.
- Represent ARTC at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and networking functions to promote company services and expand market presence.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations, proposals, service agreements, and contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, sales forecasts, revenue projections, and business development activity metrics.
- Stay informed on industry developments, regulatory changes, and workforce trends impacting ARTC’s target markets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Proven success in business development, account management, or sales leadership within the staffing, recruiting, or workforce solutions industry.
- Experience supporting clients within Energy, Life Sciences, Engineering, Construction, Industrial, Public Infrastructure, IT, AI, Professionals markets preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% to support client meetings, conferences, and business development activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, and Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
- Strong understanding of staffing and recruitment processes, including talent acquisition, candidate assessment, and workforce planning.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategic growth initiatives, manage complex sales cycles, and achieve revenue targets.
- Self-motivated professional capable of working independently while collaborating effectively within a team-oriented environment.

Salary : $70,000 - $85,000
