Salesforce Developer

Overview

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer / Architect to design, build, and scale Salesforce solutions that support core business operations and long-term platform strategy. This role combines hands-on development with architectural ownership, ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and own Salesforce architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platform components

• Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and declarative tools

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation plans

• Define data models, integration patterns, and security frameworks that support enterprise use cases

• Lead integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and ETL tools

• Establish development standards, best practices, and governance across the Salesforce ecosystem

• Perform code reviews, technical design reviews, and solution validation

• Support data migration, data quality, and system optimization initiatives

• Troubleshoot complex platform issues and provide long-term, sustainable solutions

• Partner closely with stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams throughout the SDLC

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and administrators
