REMOTE Personal Injury Paralegal for Legal Tech Startup

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Personal Injury Paralegal to join a growing tech startup as a Subject Matter Expert supporting their go-to-market and product teams. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in Personal Injury with hands-on experience managing cases from start to finish, including manually reviewing medical records, preparing demands, etc. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your legal expertise in a strategic, cross-functional capacity. You’ll serve as the voice of the legal function, advising on product features, supporting prospective customers and shaping the company's

Responsibilities:

• Attend legal conferences, webinars, and industry events as a representative for the legal tech startup.
• Engage with prospective law firm partners to demonstrate credibility and share how the company’s legal AI platform can transform their workflows.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to troubleshoot issues, resolve attorney concerns, and ensure customer confidence.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap priorities, validate features, and test legal workflows.
• Provide subject matter expertise to support content creation, marketing campaigns, and product education.
  

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience as a paralegal in personal injury and/or medical malpractice law.
• Strong understanding of the litigation lifecycle – particularly pre-litigation; including intake, records review, discovery, settlement, and trial preparation.
• Experience communicating directly with attorneys, medical experts, and clients.
• Comfortable speaking publicly and representing an organization at various events.
• Tech-savvy and excited to influence the future of legal tech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
