Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Westbury, New York. This Contract-to-permanent position requires a proactive individual with a strong background in data cabling and project management. Ideal candidates will be comfortable collaborating with clients, contractors, and visiting job sites to ensure project goals are met efficiently.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage multiple projects involving data cabling, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to specifications.
• Work closely with clients and contractors to maintain clear communication and alignment on project objectives.
• Utilize tools such as Monday.com and Bluebeam to streamline project tracking and documentation.
• Coordinate AV and security system projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any operational concerns.
• Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to improve project workflows and team performance.
• Leverage Atlassian Jira to track project tasks and manage resources efficiently.
• Ensure all project activities comply with industry standards and organizational policies.
• Prepare and deliver comprehensive project reports to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Proven experience in data cabling and related project management.
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Bluebeam, and tools for managing AV/security projects.
• Strong understanding of Agile Scrum methodologies.
• PMP Certification or equivalent credentials.
• Demonstrated expertise in IT project management.
• Proficiency with Atlassian Jira for task tracking and resource management.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
