PowerBI Dashboard Developer

We are looking for a skilled PowerBI Dashboard Developer to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will design and implement data dashboards that enhance visibility and tracking for various business functions. This position is based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate on creating impactful reporting tools.

Responsibilities:
• Design and develop interactive dashboards using PowerBI to consolidate data for improved visibility and tracking.
• Integrate data from multiple sources, including Excel, Salesforce, Pardot, and a data warehouse, ensuring seamless access for end users.
• Create a customer-focused dashboard that provides insights into regional data points and segmentation breakdowns.
• Develop a marketing and operations dashboard to analyze marketing efforts and outcomes effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to scope out project requirements and provide recommendations for dashboard optimization.
• Document the design and development process, including blueprints, to ensure long-term maintenance and usability.
• Work with the internal data warehouse team to access and integrate required data.
• Utilize tools and technologies such as Confluence, Docker, and Bootstrap to enhance dashboard functionality.
• Ensure dashboards are visually appealing and easy to navigate using charts, graphs, and other interactive elements.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments to dashboard designs.
• Proven experience developing dashboards with PowerBI.
• Proficiency in integrating and consuming data from platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, and Excel.
• Strong skills in creating operational and interactive dashboards tailored to specific business needs.
• Familiarity with tools like Confluence, Docker, and Bootstrap.
• Ability to design visually compelling charts and graphs for enhanced data presentation.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and internal teams.
• Experience documenting technical processes for future reference and maintenance.
• Knowledge of data segmentation and regional breakdowns for targeted reporting.
