Payroll Supervisor/Manager

We are looking for an experienced Payroll Supervisor/Manager to oversee payroll operations and ensure timely and accurate processing for a large workforce. This is a contract position based in Cleveland, Ohio, and offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment managing payroll for multistate operations. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in full-cycle payroll management and a strong understanding of payroll systems and compliance.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the end-to-end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Process bi-monthly payroll for over 500 employees across multiple states.
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now to handle payroll operations and reporting.
• Oversee payroll entries into accounts payable systems, ensuring proper documentation and accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address payroll discrepancies and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll taxes and compliance with all statutory requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date records of payroll transactions and employee data.
• Provide support for audits and prepare payroll-related reports as needed.
• Monitor and improve payroll processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Stay informed about changes in payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
• Proven experience managing full-cycle payroll for a large organization.
• Expertise in handling multi-state payroll operations.
• Proficiency with ADP Workforce Now, including reporting and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with processing payroll for over 500 employees.
• Strong understanding of payroll compliance and tax regulations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with teams.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
