Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in Providence, Rhode Island. In this long-term contract position, you will play a key role in driving project success through effective planning, execution, and collaboration. This is an excellent opportunity to work on innovative initiatives while leveraging your expertise in project management and technical systems.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Utilize Atlassian Jira to manage project workflows and track progress.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement Cisco and cloud technologies effectively.
• Facilitate the integration and optimization of CRM and ERP systems to enhance business operations.
• Apply Agile Scrum methodologies to streamline project processes and foster team collaboration.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure project objectives are met within constraints.
• Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transitions and process improvements.
• Conduct AB testing and analyze results to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and maintain clear communication channels with stakeholders to report project status and address concerns.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing solutions.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or consulting roles.
• Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project tracking and workflow management.
• Strong knowledge of Cisco technologies and cloud solutions.
• Experience with CRM and ERP systems, including implementation and optimization.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies and their application in project settings.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
• Expertise in change management practices and driving organizational improvements.
• Analytical skills to conduct AB testing and leverage results for strategic decision-making.
