To apply to this hybrid role please send your resume to tiana.gjeldum@roberthalf.c0mResponsibilities:• Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll, ensuring accurate data transfers and timely submission to the payroll support team.• Enter payroll changes, resolve discrepancies, and ensure all timesheets are accurate and complete.• Manage various payments, including bonuses, reimbursements for development activities, and tuition reimbursements, while ensuring timely tracking and processing.• Administer garnishments and other state-specific payroll deductions, ensuring compliance with local regulations.• Calculate and process payments for new hires, terminations, and any required adjustments to regular payroll.• Prepare and distribute manual checks for special cases, such as incentives, terminations, and corrections due to payroll errors.• Oversee electronic timekeeping systems, provide training to team members, and ensure accurate time tracking.• Conduct year-end payroll tasks, such as reconciling non-cash payments and ensuring annual earnings are accurately reported.• Support HR functions by maintaining accurate employee data, generating reports, and assisting with audits.• Collaborate with management and employees to address payroll-related inquiries, including questions about paystubs, W-2 forms, and timecard reporting.
