This position requires a strong understanding of electronic health record (EHR) systems and a commitment to providing exceptional service to patients.Responsibilities:• Facilitate patient registration by accurately collecting and verifying personal and insurance information.• Schedule patient appointments efficiently while considering clinic availability and patient needs.• Assist patients with understanding their medical insurance coverage and benefits.• Ensure all patient data is entered and maintained accurately in the electronic health record (EHR) system.• Provide excellent customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient care and clinic operations.• Perform insurance verification to confirm coverage and eligibility prior to appointments.• Maintain confidentiality and compliance with healthcare regulations during all interactions.• Adapt to different clinic locations as needed to meet operational demands.• Support team members with additional administrative tasks as required.
