Our is client is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Specialist who is experienced with ADP Workforce Now. Experience with UKG payroll systems is a strong plus. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make an immediate impact.
Responsibilities:
- Process and review end-to-end payroll in ADP Workforce Now for multi-state/non-exempt and exempt employees.
- Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
- Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly.
- Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
- Assist with payroll tax, year-end processing, and reporting requirements.
- Coordinate with HR/Benefits/Finance teams as needed.
- Support audits related to payroll and timekeeping.
- Additional duties as assigned.
