Part-time Payroll Specialist

Our is client is seeking a detail-oriented Part-Time Payroll Specialist who is experienced with ADP Workforce Now. Experience with UKG payroll systems is a strong plus. This is an outstanding opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

• Process and review end-to-end payroll in ADP Workforce Now for multi-state/non-exempt and exempt employees.
• Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and reports, ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Address and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries promptly.
• Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate confirmed reports.
• Assist with payroll tax, year-end processing, and reporting requirements.
• Coordinate with HR/Benefits/Finance teams as needed.
• Support audits related to payroll and timekeeping.
• Additional duties as assigned.
