Mutual Fund Operations Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

·      Execute and reconcile mutual fund trades; resolve trade discrepancies.

·      Set up assets, perform fund exchanges, and post income and capital gains.

·      Weekly reconciliation of omnibus funds.

·      Manage proxy services.

·      Handle shadow accounting and balancing transactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

·      Trust or brokerage operations experience.

·      Familiarity with trust accounting software.

·      Basic bookkeeping and Excel skills.

·      Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities.

·      Excellent communication and professionalism.
