• 🔍 User Access Reviews: Manage Workday, GoRev, Waystar, etc.
• 📦 Change Management Controls
• 🔑 Robust Access Provisioning/Deprovisioning: Ensure timely terminations & certifications
• 📊 SOD Analyzes & Remediation
• 🛠 Drive SOC Reports: Evaluate external critical systems.

📝 Documentation Dynamo:

• Create detailed SOX narratives, control matrices & process flows.
• Organize airtight evidence packages!

👩‍💻 Innovation Trailblazer & Advisor:

• Proactively evaluate risks 🌪 &  level up controls.
• Collaborate with teams to embed compliance into SOPs.

🤝 Stakeholder Liaison:

• Partner with internal & external auditors.
• Sync with IT, security, & operations for timely fixes.

📊 Metrics Leader:

• Track ⚡ KPIs (timely UARs, open ITGCs, speed of gap closure).

🌟 What Makes You Shine (Requirements)📚 Experience Is Your Superpower:

• 5 years in public accounting (Big 4 preferred), IT auditing & governance.
• Hands-on wizard with SOX testing (e.g., UAR, provisioning/deprovisioning). 🪄
• Fluent in IT frameworks COSO, COBIT, NIST (and buzzwords we love).

👨‍💻 Tech Stack Know-How:

• Workday, Visual Lease, GlobalShares & Active Directory mastery required. ⚙️
• Excel guru—pivot tables 🔄 & VLOOKUP for the win!

🎓 Preferred Credentials:

• CPA, CISA, or CISM certification? 🎯 Instant kudos!
