IT Manager

We are looking for an experienced IT Manager to oversee and enhance the technology systems across multiple sites, ensuring their efficiency, security, and alignment with organizational goals. This role requires expertise in managing IT infrastructure, manufacturing systems integration, and leading a team of technical professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the management and development of IT systems, ensuring they are secure, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

• Supervise and mentor IT team members, overseeing hiring, training, and performance evaluations.

• Design and implement multi-site IT infrastructure to ensure seamless information flow, connectivity, and system reliability.

• Collaborate with leadership to identify and deploy technology solutions that drive business success.

• Manage IT budgets effectively, ensuring optimal use of resources while controlling costs.

• Provide technical expertise in areas such as database management, system development, network administration, and cybersecurity.

• Oversee enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, including implementation, upgrades, and end-user support.

• Develop and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect company data and systems from potential threats.

• Maintain strong vendor relationships, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality service delivery.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards as they pertain to IT systems and operations.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT leadership roles, preferably in multi-site or regional environments.
• Strong expertise in ERP systems, with experience in Infor XA or similar platforms preferred.
• Proven ability to manage IT operations across multiple locations effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of IT systems, databases, and cybersecurity practices.
• Solid project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering technology initiatives successfully.
• Experience in financial management, including budget preparation and cost control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
