Our client is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Billing, Invoicing & Customer Service Associate to support a blended role covering billing, accounts receivable, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in billing processes, excellent communication skills, and solid Excel capabilities. Key Responsibilities: Prepare, review, and issue customer invoices accurately and on schedule Manage accounts receivable, including posting payments, reconciling accounts, and following up on outstanding balances Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding invoices, account status, and billing issues Resolve billing discrepancies in a timely, detail oriented manner Maintain detailed and organized billing records Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing data and smooth customer experience Support additional administrative tasks related to billing and AR as needed
