What You’ll Do
- Drive IT operational strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead and mentor IT staff, fostering growth and development
- Oversee infrastructure, cybersecurity, and service desk operations
- Manage vendor relationships and IT budgets
- Implement security frameworks (CIS-18, NIST) and disaster recovery plans
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align technology with organizational needs
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 10 years in IT roles, 2 years in leadership
- Technical Skills: Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange, Microsoft 365, Azure Cloud; networking and cloud fundamentals; SD-WAN/SASE a plus
- Certifications: CompTIA, ITIL, PMP, Agile/Kanban experience preferred
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $127,000–$147,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and discretionary annual bonus
