Hybrid 5-10 Year Litigation Associate Attorney

Our boutique law firm client in Central Phoenix is looking for an experienced litigation attorney with 5-10 years of experience to join their team. This role offers a hybrid work environment, with flexibility to work remotely 3-4 days of the week. The ideal candidate will bring a commitment to delivering exceptional legal services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee civil and commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution.

• Draft and review legal motions, briefs, and other litigation-related documents.

• Conduct thorough discovery processes to gather and analyze case-critical information.

• Provide strategic legal counsel and representation to clients, ensuring their interests are protected.

• Collaborate with support staff to maintain high standards of case management and client communication.

• Meet billable hour targets while adhering to the firm's focus on work-life balance.

• Leverage your business development skills to contribute to the firm's growth and client portfolio.

• Participate in firm-wide initiatives, including referral and origination bonus programs.

• Maintain compliance with Arizona state bar licensing requirements.

• Foster a positive and detail-oriented work environment within the team.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in litigation, with a focus on civil and commercial cases.

• Active license to practice law in the state of Arizona.

• Proven ability to draft high-quality motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

• Extensive experience conducting discovery and managing complex litigation processes.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.

• Commitment to meeting billable hour targets while maintaining work-life balance.

• Familiarity with referral and origination bonus structures within a law firm setting
