7+ Year Probate Litigation Attorney

We are looking for an experienced attorney with over seven years of expertise in probate litigation and trust administration to join our law firm client's dynamic law firm in Phoenix, Arizona. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can handle both contested and uncontested probate matters with confidence. Competitive salary plus bonuses. This is an in-office role.

Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in contested and uncontested probate cases, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.

• Manage trust administration processes, adhering to legal protocols and client needs.

• Draft and review legal documents, including briefs, complaints, and claims, with precision and attention to detail.

• Provide strategic guidance on estate law matters, facilitating resolutions to complex issues.

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies and decision-making.

• Utilize case management and document management software to organize and track case progress.

• Collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to develop comprehensive litigation strategies.

• Handle civil litigation tasks related to probate and estate disputes.

• Ensure all legal filings and deadlines are met in compliance with court requirements.

• Maintain clear and detail-oriented communication with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the legal process.

• Must hold an active Arizona attorney license with at least seven years of legal experience.
• Proven expertise in probate litigation and trust administration is required.
• Strong knowledge of estate law and civil litigation procedures.
• Proficiency in case management and document management software.
• Demonstrated ability to draft and review legal documents with accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
• Strong research and analytical skills to support legal arguments and strategies.
