HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas, on a Contract to permanent basis. The ideal candidate will excel in full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing top talent to onboarding new team members. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to building a dynamic and skilled workforce while utilizing your expertise in corporate recruiting.

Responsibilities:
• Manage the entire recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to maintain accurate candidate records and streamline the hiring workflow.
• Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate experience and suitability for the role.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of candidates with relevant experience for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate and oversee the onboarding process for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive recruitment experience.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Strong background in corporate recruiting, with the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) to manage recruitment workflows.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Familiarity with recruitment sourcing techniques and tools to attract top talent.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to hiring.
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accuracy and compliance in all recruitment activities.
