What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR-Recruiter position at Turkeyana Clinic?
· Manage
end-to-end recruitment processes for all assigned vacancies, from job posting
to offer acceptance.
· Source
candidates for diverse profiles, specifically, Telesales Agents and Call Center
staff, ensuring hiring Sales are met.
· Use your
expertise in local Syrian job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and social media to
find the best candidates.
· Prepare and
submit daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment reports (pipeline status,
time-to-hire, and more).
· Support the
wider HR function in training, employee orientation, onboarding, and off
boarding processes as needed.
· Maintain
accurate and organized digital records of CVs, interview notes, and recruitment
files.
Requirements
Experience:
· Minimum 4 years
of end-to-end recruitment experience.
· Must have solid
experience in high-volume recruitment for Telesales and Call Center roles.
Skills:
· Fluent in
English and Arabic (written and spoken).
· Expert in local
Syrian job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
· Target-driven,
proactive, and highly organized.
