HR Recruiter

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team on a contract basis in Homestead, Florida. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in recruitment to identify top talent and support our hiring needs effectively. This position requires bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish, and experience in the mental health field is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full cycle recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to attract professionals with relevant experience.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with job requirements.
• Utilize applicant tracking systems to manage recruitment workflows and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Maintain compliance with employment regulations and company policies throughout the hiring process.
• Build a strong pipeline of candidates with relevant experience to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Strong ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Background in sourcing candidates using diverse platforms and methods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in the mental health sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
