• Build a strong pipeline of candidates with relevant experience to meet immediate and future hiring needs.
• Provide regular updates and insights on recruitment progress to stakeholders.
• Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting within a corporate environment.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
• Strong ability to conduct interviews and evaluate candidate qualifications.
• Background in sourcing candidates using diverse platforms and methods.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience in the mental health sector is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
