• Proven experience in human resources administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems and maintaining HR records.
• Strong knowledge of onboarding processes and compliance regulations.
• Excellent typing skills and proficiency in word processing tools.
• Ability to conduct background checks and reference verifications.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.
