Primary Duties:Serve as the initial point of contact for internal technical support, addressing issues via phone, email, or in person.Diagnose and resolve problems related to computers, mobile devices, printers, and commonly used software.Log all support interactions and resolutions in the IT service management system.Forward more complex or unresolved issues to senior IT staff or external vendors when necessary.Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding by setting up user accounts and preparing IT equipment.Track and manage IT hardware and software inventory, ensuring compliance with company standards.Provide assistance to remote employees and field staff with connectivity and access challenges.
