Robert Half is partnering with a Temecula based Healthcare company looking for an IT Support Specialist (Help Desk) for a permanent placement opportunity. This position is full time with full benefits and is 100% onsite in Temecula. Ideal candidates will be creative IT problem solvers that enjoy working in a dynamic and rapidly-changing work environment.
What you get to do every single day:
- Provide O365 troubleshooting, wireless, desktop, and general IT support.
- Support Mac and Windows based operating systems, desktops, laptops and mobile devices.
- Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues.
- Identify recurring technical issues and propose solutions to address the root of the problems.
- Troubleshoot network and software issues.
- Provide Active Directory administration (EntraID).
What you bring to the role:
- 3 years experience identifying, researching, troubleshooting and resolving problems with hardware, software, applications, and systems.
- Mobile Device support.
- General application and software support.
- Desire to progress in your IT career, learn new technologies, and take on new challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal/human relations skills.
- Experience supporting a multi-site and enterprise environment.
Other:
- General hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM.
- Position is 100% onsite.
- 40 hours per week.
- Position has full benefits including Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k and PTO.
- IT certifications such as CompTIA, N , A , S , Microsoft Certifications are a big plus!
- Experience supporting Healthcare applications are a plus, but not required.
Salary : $60,000 - $78,000
