Help Desk Analyst

We are looking for a skilled Help Desk Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive technical support across various systems, applications, and hardware. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of IT infrastructure while ensuring excellent user experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Configure and image PCs for both new and current employees to ensure readiness for use.

• Deliver first-line support for a range of corporate applications, including cloud-based and on-premises systems.

• Diagnose and resolve issues with Microsoft 365 applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.

• Manage Active Directory accounts and group memberships to maintain secure and organized access.

• Collaborate with vendors to address hardware and application issues when escalated.

• Identify and troubleshoot problems with printers and copiers, escalating to vendors as needed.

• Create and update internal IT documentation to streamline processes and knowledge sharing.

• Monitor and manage IT assets, including laptops, peripherals, and software licenses.

• Record and oversee support activities using a ticket management system to ensure timely resolutions within SLA guidelines.

• Coordinate hardware collection and documentation during employee offboarding processes.

• Proficiency in Active Directory administration and management.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and its functionalities.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic technical issues efficiently.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Windows operating systems and environments.
• Experience working with service desk ticketing systems to track and resolve technical issues.
