We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage the full cycle of accounting duties for our organization. The ideal candidate will be proficient in QuickBooks Online and have hands-on experience with accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), light payroll processing, and month-end close procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and manage all aspects of the general ledger using QuickBooks Online.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations.
- Prepare and process light payroll, including employee records and payroll tax filings.
- Assist with month-end and year-end close procedures.
- Generate financial reports and provide insights to management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with external accountants or auditors as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is required.
- Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with AP/AR, payroll, and month-end close.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Salary : $55,000 - $68,000
