Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team. This role involves managing financial records, preparing statements, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Given our company’s size (>50 employees), the ideal candidate will handle daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly bookkeeping tasks, and support our CPA with tax-related documentation and clarifications.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all day-to-day accounting tasks: A/P, A/R, payroll, bank and credit card reconciliations
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reports
- Maintain general ledger and journal entries
- Monitor cash flow
- Collaborate with CPA on audits and tax filings
- Ensure accuracy, compliance, and organization of financial records
- Provide cost analysis and reports for management.
Requirements:
- Verifiable bookkeeping/accounting history.
- Proficiency in financial software applications QuickBooks desktop & SAP Business One
- Experience with Gusto Payroll and HR software solutions .
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and payroll processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel for data manipulation and analysis. (Pivot tables, V-lookup, etc.)
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in manufacturing or construction is preferred for its relevance to industry-specific accounting.
- Background check required.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year to start
