Responsibilities:
• Manage and maintain the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes, including invoice management and payment tracking.
• Perform regular bank reconciliations to ensure proper alignment of financial transactions.
• Utilize QuickBooks to organize, track, and analyze financial data effectively.
• Prepare detailed financial reports and statements for management review.
• Ensure compliance with established accounting regulations and company policies.
• Monitor cash flow and provide projections to support operational decision-making.
• Coordinate with external auditors during periodic reviews or audits.
• Resolve discrepancies in financial records and transactions promptly.
• Support the implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency in financial operations.
• Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or in a similar financial role.
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.
• Solid understanding of accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes.
• Expertise in performing bank reconciliations and managing financial records.
• Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements and reports.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and compliance standards.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
