Digital Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This Contract-to-permanent position offers a dynamic opportunity to leverage data-driven strategies to enhance marketing performance and drive impactful business growth. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise in analytics with strategic thinking to optimize multi-channel campaigns and deliver actionable insights.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain marketing measurement frameworks to assess campaign performance across digital and traditional channels.
• Analyze complex datasets using tools like Looker Studio, Power BI, and Excel to extract actionable insights.
• Implement and refine multi-touch attribution models and predictive analytics to enhance marketing effectiveness.
• Build and manage dashboards for tracking advertising data from platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign tracking using Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
• Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to identify opportunities for relationship-deepening strategies.
• Support the integration of advanced analytics solutions, including automated reporting systems and data pipeline development.
• Provide strategic recommendations based on customer lifecycle analysis and marketing mix modeling.
• Ensure accurate data tagging and tracking to enable personalized member experiences.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in analytics and marketing technologies to continually improve processes.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics or High School Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in digital analytics platforms and tools such as Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and CRM systems.
• Strong background in data manipulation and reporting using Excel, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
• Experience managing advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Solid understanding of attribution modeling, statistical analysis, and A/B testing methodologies.
• Knowledge of Python or R for data analysis and familiarity with machine learning concepts.
• Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify patterns and deliver insights.
• Effective communication skills to present complex data findings to diverse stakeholders.
