What You’ll Do
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to conceptualize single and omni channel digital marketing campaigns
- Work closely with a cross-departmental team to support the execution of Frostbank.com projects and maintain the master backlog of upcoming initiatives
- Build, test, and report on marketing emails following email marketing best practices
- Collect and document business and user requirements for digital marketing initiatives, supporting the translation of those needs into actionable items
- Assists with analysis of Frost’s digital activity (web, mobile, digital media) that includes behavior analysis, traffic, campaign effectiveness, target segmentation and enhancements.
- Assists with planning and execution of digital marketing activities and campaigns
- Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field; or equivalent experience in digital marketing
- 2 years of experience with marketing or digital campaigns
- Experience with website content management and/or digital marketing
- Intermediate to proficient HTML coding experience (email-building experience preferred)
- Proficient in Microsoft computer applications.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
