Contracts Manager

We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee the lifecycle of commercial contracts, including drafting, negotiation, and administration. Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and finalize commercial contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with legal standards.

• Lead contract negotiations with clients, partners, and vendors to achieve favorable outcomes.

• Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, including execution, amendments, and renewals.

• Monitor contract performance to ensure adherence to agreed terms and conditions.

• Develop and implement contract management processes to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.

• Provide guidance and support to internal teams on contractual matters.

• Identify and resolve issues related to contract administration in a timely manner.

• Maintain organized records of all contractual documents for easy access and reference.

• Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to ensure alignment with company policies.

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to inform contract strategies.

• Proven experience in commercial contract management, including drafting and negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of contract law and legal terminology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple contracts simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in contract management software or related tools.
• Analytical skills to assess risks and identify opportunities within contract terms.
• Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field preferred.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
