We are looking for a skilled Credit Analyst to join our client's team in Olathe, Kansas. In this Contract-to-Permanent role, you will play a pivotal part in evaluating credit applications, managing collections, and ensuring compliance with credit policies. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of credit processes within a commercial setting.
Responsibilities:
• Assess and analyze credit applications to determine customer creditworthiness.
• Manage commercial collections by monitoring outstanding accounts and ensuring timely payment.
• Collaborate with internal teams to approve credit agreements and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Utilize Excel and other business analysis tools to generate reports and insights on credit performance.
• Develop and maintain effective communication with customers to resolve payment issues and disputes.
• Review and update credit authority levels in alignment with organizational policies.
• Conduct periodic evaluations of credit agreements to ensure adherence to terms and conditions.
• Support business operations by providing recommendations based on credit analysis findings.
• Maintain accurate records of all credit approvals and documentation for audit purposes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions such as VBA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with expertise in business analysis tools.
• Familiarity with credit applications, agreements, and approvals.
• Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of credit administration policies and procedures.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
