Creative Services Project Manager

We are seeking a Creative Services Manager to join a high-performing in-house creative and production team supporting a leading automotive and mobility organization. This role is critical in helping the team deliver high-quality creative work, reduce agency dependence, and support the achievement of enterprise-wide CX and business goals.

Location: Torrance, CA

Duration: 6 month contract

Hours: 40 hours/week

Pay Rate: $40-42/hour

Position Overview:

The Creative Services Manager will be responsible for managing creative project requests, coordinating production timelines, and ensuring smooth collaboration between internal stakeholders, external teams, and creative talent. This role plays a key part in enabling cross-functional communication, keeping projects on track, and maintaining quality and budget standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and monitor creative project workflows from intake to final delivery.
• Collaborate closely with the Project Management team, creative leads, and department leadership to align schedules and priorities.
• Create and maintain project timelines, presentation decks, and meeting documentation.
• Serve as the point of contact for gathering client feedback and aligning expectations.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure project deadlines and budget requirements are met.
• Assist with administrative tasks, inventory of resources, and tracking milestones.
• Support offsite productions as needed with occasional travel.

Work Environment:

This role is based onsite at the Torrance, CA office, with occasional offsite production support as needed. The role requires the ability to work under tight timelines, adapt to changing priorities, and foster collaboration across multiple creative and business teams.

Required Qualifications:

• Prior experience in project or production management, preferably in a creative or content-driven environment.
• Familiarity with creative processes in film, photography, CG, digital, email, or web design.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to work independently and proactively problem-solve with minimal supervision.

Desired Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools (e.g., Jira).
• Exceptional time management and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with both internal departments and external vendors or agencies.
• Background in marketing operations, creative resourcing, or human resources a plus.
