Key Responsibilities:Advise clients on mid market mergers & acquisitions, including due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and closing.Represent growth-stage entities in various corporate matters, including financing and governance.Handle private placements and financing transactions, including equity, debt, and mezzanine financing.Structure and restructure debt and equity transactions, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.Manage sale-leaseback transactions and advise clients on private equity matters.Draft, review, and negotiate transactional documents to facilitate smooth closings.Provide strategic guidance on closely held business structuring and tax planning considerations.
Salary : $190,000 - $250,000
