Robert Half's corporate client is seeking a Corporate Communications Coordinator to support the Director of Corporate Communications in executing internal and external communications initiatives. This role involves managing a variety of tasks that advance organizational strategy, support executive leadership, and strengthen brand reputation.
Duration: 3–6 month CONTRACT (potential for transition to full-time)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (40 hours/week)
*Must have experience in internal and external communications, events, and strong writing skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Director with all departmental functions and communications objectives.
- Contribute to corporate communications and PR plans that enhance brand visibility and support business goals.
- Develop engaging content for social media platforms.
- Manage media coverage processes and monitor press mentions.
- Write and produce newsletters for employees and customers.
- Collaborate with executives and department heads to create customer email communications.
- Coordinate internal and external events.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field required.
- Previous experience in communications, PR, or marketing preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent storytelling ability and understanding of business communication strategies.
- Ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in MS Office; design software experience is a plus.
