We are looking for an experienced Change Management Consultant to lead transformative initiatives across our organization. This long-term contract role is based in Coppell, Texas, and will focus on driving adoption, ensuring readiness, and supporting organizational change efforts. The ideal candidate will bring a structured approach to change, leveraging Prosci methodologies to deliver measurable success in a dynamic setting.

Change Management Consultant (contract position):
Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive change management strategies tailored to organizational needs.
• Conduct impact assessments and analyze stakeholder readiness to identify potential challenges.
• Create and execute communication plans, training programs, and reinforcement strategies to support successful transitions.
• Collaborate with executive sponsors to enhance their effectiveness and visibility throughout the change process.
• Provide coaching and guidance to managers and leaders on fostering adoption and addressing resistance.
• Monitor organizational readiness and adoption metrics, ensuring alignment with project goals.
• Identify risks and barriers to change, implementing targeted solutions to minimize disruption.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and Communications, to ensure seamless delivery.
• Support post-implementation activities to sustain change and reinforce adoption.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to engage stakeholders and drive collaboration.
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in leading change management initiatives.
• Proven ability to apply structured methodologies, including change scorecards and adoption metrics.
• Experience with large-scale projects such as system implementations, organizational restructuring, or process transformations.
• Strong skills in executive engagement and stakeholder management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced and evolving environments.
• Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery frameworks is a plus.
