Attorney Lawyer - Financial Services

We are looking for a skilled Financial Services Attorney Lawyer to join a law firm in Duluth, Georgia near Atlanta, GA and Alpharetta, GA. This role involves representing clients across various sectors, including lenders, investors, financial institutions, and businesses of all sizes. The ideal candidate will have an interest in real estate, banking, corporate law, and litigation, providing comprehensive legal services tailored to client needs.

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, leases, and legal documents related to real estate transactions.

• Conduct property assessments, title searches, and other due diligence tasks to support real estate clients.

• Offer guidance on zoning, land use, and environmental regulations impacting real estate projects.

• Provide legal counsel on banking regulations, compliance matters, and financial instruments.

• Prepare and review loan agreements, security documents, and other financial documentation.

• Advise clients on corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and business structuring strategies.

• Draft and analyze corporate documents, including bylaws, shareholder agreements, and partnership agreements.

• Represent clients in civil litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.

• Conduct legal research to support trials, hearings, depositions, and alternative dispute resolution processes.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and team members to deliver effective legal solutions while managing multiple cases.

• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.

• 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation, corporate law, real estate law, or banking law.

• Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and discovery documents.

• Proficiency in advising clients on business and commercial laws.

• Demonstrated ability to negotiate and manage contracts and legal agreements.

• Knowledge of financial services and regulations affecting banking and corporate transactions.

• Excellent research, analytical, and communication skills.

• Ability to efficiently manage multiple cases and projects simultaneously.
