Hours can be flexible if you’re open to part time or full time we can accommodate Pay: $20/hr Responsibilities:Manage front-desk operations, including opening and closing the office daily.Respond to emails and inquiries in the center inbox, scheduling meetings and maintaining effective communication.Deliver outstanding customer service to both members and visitors, addressing their needs promptly and professionally.Conduct office tours as needed, showcasing the space and services to potential clients.Serve as the primary on-site point of contact while collaborating with remote team members.Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, adhering to business casual dress standards.Assist in administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining records.Coordinate timecard submissions and communicate with remote management as required.
