Job Overview:
Founded in 1977 Finke Equipment is one of New York’s largest and most well-respected heavy equipment dealerships. We have recently opened a new location in Colchester. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team.

Essential Functions:
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Handle a multi-line phone system, dispatch and manage the flow of customers to various departments.
- Support the rental, sales, parts and service department as needed.
- Ensure accurate record-keeping and maintain accounts.
- Basic bookkeeping – oversee incoming checks/deposits and log transactions.
- Maintain database information for mailing lists, vendors, etc.
- Oversee outgoing delivery services (US mail, Fedex, UPS, etc.)
Skills and Experience:
- Excellent customer service.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite of software.
- Ability to learn and navigate new software applications effectively.
- Organized, reliable, confident and friendly.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Strong time management and prioritization skills.
- Ability to work effectively with a variety of different individuals.
