This is a Contract position that requires a strong ability to manage financial transactions and ensure accurate record-keeping. The ideal candidate will excel in data entry, customer service, and processing invoices while contributing to a positive and efficient work environment.Responsibilities:• Input accounts payable data into accounting systems with accuracy and efficiency.• Organize and maintain financial documents through scanning and filing processes.• Handle customer service inquiries professionally and provide timely assistance.• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and problem resolution.• Process invoices and reconcile discrepancies to maintain up-to-date records.• Assist with accounts receivable tasks, including payment tracking and reporting.• Utilize QuickBooks and other financial software to manage transactions effectively.• Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.• Monitor and report on the status of accounts payable and receivable.• Support the team with additional administrative and accounting tasks as needed.• Proven experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting software.• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy.• Familiarity with invoice processing and financial record management.• Ability to provide excellent customer service with a detail-oriented approach.• Effective organizational and time management skills.• Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards.• Ability to work collaboratively in an office environment.
