Accounting Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend identification, and forecasting.
• Reconcile accounts, ensuring accuracy and adherence to GAAP standards.
• Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports for management decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and resource allocation.
• Identify and implement process improvements for efficiency gains.
• Support audits by preparing and providing necessary documentation

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 years of accounting or financial analysis experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with GAAP and other financial regulations.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills to present data and insights to stakeholders.
