We are looking for an experienced Accountant to join our team in Vancouver, Washington. In this Contract to permanent position, you will play a key role in intercompany accounting and fixed assets. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong attention to detail to contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment!Responsibilities:• Complete month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and journal entries.• Assist in month-end closing processes and prepare financial reports.• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.• Collaborate with procurement and other departments to ensure adherence to company policies.• Reconcile and resolve intercompany discrepancies and prepare monthly reports. • Track and record project costs in fixed asset accounts.• Reconcile fixed asset subsidiary ledger with general ledger.
