2nd Shift Warehouse Administrative Coordinator (Contract)

Robert Half is partnering with John Deere's North American Parts Distribution Center to find their next 2nd Shift Warehouse Administrative Coordinator! This onsite position focuses on data entry, document processing, and system troubleshooting to ensure accuracy and efficiency across departments. 

Role Details:

- Shift: 2nd Shift — 2:00 PM–10:30 PM (overtime possible)

- Contract: Currently approved for 1 year, possibility for extension

- Physical Requirements: Must have metatarsals on day one, stand for most of shift, lift up to 28 lbs.

Key Duties

-Enter pick ticket data into systems like DNS and AS400

-Troubleshoot inventory and printer issues

-Handle shipping documents, BOLs, customs forms, and more

-Supporting customer service requests within the warehouse and resolving inventory-related questions

-Helping with will-call and equipment distribution as needed

What We’re Looking For

- Administrative experience in a warehouse/shipping office

- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail

- Knowledge of DOT/shipping documentation

- DNS or AS400 experience preferred

- Proficiency in Excel and basic office software

- Reliable, team-oriented, and proactive
