Our midtown law firm needs to hire a legal secretary to support a busy litigation team in a global law firm. Responding candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience and a full understanding of litigation processes. Strong technical and proofreading skills are required to support this busy desk. Responding candidates must be able to produce documents, pleadings, and correspondence with accuracy, handle busy phones, speak with adversary counsel and courts, etc. Responding candidates must have a bachelor's degree and must have strong interpersonal skills. They will also be responsible for making travel arrangements, prepare expense reports, filing, and other typical tasks related to supporting a busy team of attorneys.
